How does MTP work:
MTP provides the body with the tools and instructions to heal itself. Each patient has unique genetics, each injury is a unique challenge for the body to repair. For example, a surgical incision, a non-healing chronic wound, and damage heart muscle from a heart attack each have different needs in order to heal properly.
MTP takes advantage of the signaling components and biomolecules present in naturally derived tissue to enhance and support the body’s own regenerative capabilities.

These and other biomolecules facilitate repair by providing the binding sites and signaling molecules necessary to recruit stem cells and other important cell types to the site of injury, modulating the body’s inflammatory response. Additionally, many of these biomolecules are themselves building blocks of new functional tissue, and applying MTP ensures that the body has plenty of the material it needs in order to repair.
To date, ECM products have been derived from one tissue source, limiting the quantity and variety of biomolecules in the medical device. The team at FetTech is the first in the world to overcome the previous limitations of tissue devices, by combining multiple tissue sources, providing the body access to more biomolecules, and enhancing and supporting the body’s own reparative and regenerative capabilities.
